Mediation Fees
We accept cash, law office checks, cashier’s checks, money orders and all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
Half-Day Mediation $425 per side
Half-day mediations are four hours in length, ideal for simple property disputes and divorces with no children. Need more time? Each additional hour is $150 per side.
Full-Day Mediation: $850 per side
Full-day mediations are eight hours long and the best way to resolve custody cases and complex property and debt division. Don’t worry about running out of time. Each additional hour is $150 per side.
Sign and Go Mediation: $150 per side.
Have you reached a agreement and need to make it ironclad? Sign and go mediations are up to an hour in length and secure everyone’s signature before they can change their minds.
